2020 has been a strange and uncertain year for everyone. With many traditional Christmas events cancelled this year due to COVID-19, here at Immersive Reality we have decided to have a bit of festive fun and recreate Santa’s Grotto within a virtual reality space.
Set inside a log cabin, the immersive space features a Christmas tree with twinkling lights, stockings hanging from a cosy fireplace, and windows which look out onto snowy, wintry scenes – can you spot the snowman? Just add your real Santa to create a virtual grotto, either in person, socially distanced of course, or via zoom.
Entering the room transports you into an idyllic Christmassy location which creates a calming and relaxing atmosphere for all users, both young and old. The 360 scenes are projected around the user, creating an immersive and captivating experience. The magic of Christmas can still be celebrated with an Immersive Reality space!
